HTP Technical Service successfully executed comprehensive asphalt works at Springs 5, 6, and 9 as part of a community infrastructure enhancement project. The primary focus was on improving surface quality, addressing wear and tear, and ensuring safer and smoother vehicular access within residential zones.

At Springs 5, the work specifically covered the parking entrance area opposite to Villa 62, Street 2. The scope included the removal of deteriorated asphalt layers, surface preparation, application of tack coat, and precise laying of new asphalt layers to restore and enhance the road structure. Similar operations were also carried out in designated areas within Springs 6 and 9, ensuring consistency and high standards across all locations.

All activities were conducted with strict adherence to safety protocols and within a scheduled timeframe, minimizing inconvenience to residents and maintaining a clean and organized work environment throughout the execution phase.
